"Great little hotel. It’s not a luxury hotel but it had a traditional family run feel and seemed popular with tradesmen. The staff were great, especially at the bar restaurant reception, and food was very good. "

"Nice hotel, about 10 mins out of town by taxi. You can take the tram and walk to the Grand Place quite easily. Breakfast had a wide choice, but the cooked breakfast tended to be a bit on the cold side. Some lovely restaurants nearby within walking distance. I would go back there."

"My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here! We came into town for a concert and booked the triple room. The check in lady Clara was super kind and friendly. We liked the vibe and design of the hotel itself as well as our room. "Ok hotel spacious rooms. Good size bathhroom with walk in shower. View of immediate buildings or walls from room window not so great. Carpet was not clean and had a smell. Bed comfortable and good size. Busy check in area as in same area as bar so for logistical not well located in hotel. Location of hotel reasonable - taxis can take some time to arrive. "Very nice hotel and amenities. The morning attendant at the front desk for check in is so amazing, helpful and kind. He really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. The afternoon attendant was not, he did not want to answer our questions or help. It was a very nice hotel with excellent bedding, bathrooms and I would highly recommend it. "We love this hotel. We came here for family trip and stayed with room for 4. Very spacious room with sauna which I recommend. Also, its location is convenient with many prime shops nearby. It also has a car park (though it is a bit narrow if you drive a big car). Highly recommend for family! "

"Great location, room is basic with no TV etc but that didn't bother me as I was out a lot so wasn't spending any time really at the hotel. Clean room, good shower and bed was comfy enough. My only issue was the lack of air con, I was very warm and found it difficult to sleep and you can't open the windows to cool the room down. "

"The hotel was very charming and had great character. The room was pretty compact, but the bathroom was very large and had both a shower and a tub, which was a nice feature, especially since the shower was kind of small. The area the hotel is in is OK if you primarily want to shop and be in a quieter area or are traveling on business, but I didn't realize how far it was from many of the main attractions and bars/restaurants of Brussels.
