"The house had just been completely renovated due to the recent hurricane damage. Jim did an excellent job with everything to make sure our stay was top-notch. "Overall it fit our needs. Having Walgreens in a sixty second walking distance was a lifesaver. Especially when we ran out of toilet paper on day three of our stay. The really helpful information binder in the unit instructed us to contact the property manager if we ran out of TP but when we did, they said they supply 2-3 rolls and that would be enough for our five night stay. We were supplied a partial roll on the dispenser and one additional roll, not 2-3. All in all, it’s a minor expense, but...

"The house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a month’s stay. Host was responsive to questions and maintenance needs. Loved being just a 15-minute stroll from the beach! Quiet neighborhood, plenty of attractions a short drive away, shopping close by and easy to get to main roads. We were very comfortable here and enjoyed our stay. "Be careful when booking on expedia. I included my wife and I, and our two 4yos, and it still let me a book a studio with only a queen bed which said it only sleeps two, but i obviously overlooked it because i assumed it wouldnt let me book a room that only sleep two when we have four of us."
