"We stayed here with kids and family, we had a great stay. The resort is large enough to walk quite a bit daily but small enough to learn how to navigate it quickly. There was so much to do for both adults and kids, we barely scratched the surface. Staff was nice. Property was clean and food was good. Overall we had a great stay and would return and recommend."

"I recently stayed at this resort for 7 days with my wife and our two boys, and we had an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the food was outstanding. The entire facility was well-maintained, offering a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this resort to others. The only minor downside was that the Concierge staff pushed the timeshare VIP access proposal a little too hard. However, that didn’t take away from the wonderful experience we had. We will definitely be coming back!"

"Really enjoyed our stay here. First time staying north of Cancun. Resort is well-maintained. Staff are excellent - helpful, very engaged and friendly. Food is above average for all-inclusive - lots of choices and reservations for the a la carte restaurants not too difficult to get. The resort is ideal for families of young children (we are a couple in our mid-50’s) so we found ourselves a bit short on same-age visitors. We enjoyed hanging out at the quieter pool and spent long days there. Evening entertainment was of a very good calibre (again for a resort). Highlight is this stretch of beach. One can walk in either direction for many km’s. Overall…a very good experience and would recommend. "

"people are very nice. The hotel is not really what I would consider five stars. We had lots of problems with our thermostat. It would run like it had a mind of its own. We asked to switch rooms and although the hotel was not very full, they kept saying all the rooms were taken. It is very nice hotel over I would say it’s worth four stars definitely not a five star. "
