"It was awesome from the minute I arrived. Family owned business that went out of their way to ensure every detail was covered. Helped book excursions, gave suggestions on things to do. The food was incredible, everything I had and I had at least 2 meals there a day was delicious. The waitresses were friendly and responsive The bartenders were all so much fun with great personalities. Gave average rating on noise but learned turn AC on and that drowned it out. "

"Lula’s B&B was a wonderful spot to land on the Isle of Colon in the Bocas del Toro chain of islands!! Tammy and Allen were wonderful, conscientious hosts with only the best of considerations for all their guests!! I would definitely stay with them again!! "An incredible place to stay. We stayed during the week, and it was quiet and beautiful. Highly recommend a poolside/waterfront view. The restaurant offered great brunch and dinner options. The drinks by the pool were incredible. The staff went above and beyond for us. "

"It’s a really special place and extremely beautiful. It’s very quiet so may not be for everyone if you want a lot of nightlife. However, if you want to relax and have stunning scenery, this is a great place."

"Our family had a wonderful 5 night stay here! We booked a over the water bungalow and it provided a beautiful every day. The staff were great! Alejandro helped us find a sloth that was in the forest behind the hotel. Breakfast was always healthy and yummy. We had dinner once and it was tasty too. We were able to swim from our bungalow, the water was about waist deep, and even kayaked around the hotel. We booked a day tour of the area with the hotel in the third day, however it was just the three of us so they transfered us to another company they worked with. Despite the reviews about the sound/music from Bank Town, it wasn't a problem and we never used the provided ear plugs. Overall, we had a very relaxing and lovely time at Eclipse del Mar! "

"My wife and I just returned from a five night stay at Nayara. The amazing reviews you read prior to your arrival will be met with complete accuracy. We really enjoyed the uniqueness of the treehouse where we enjoyed three of our five nights. We spent our final two nights in the overwater villa which was incredible as well. We’ve traveled to many destinations in the past, but have never been met with such kindness and the willingness of the Nayara staff to go out of their way to ensure your satisfaction. Every staff member we met exceeded our expectations. Carlos, Franco, Cheryl, Jesus, Ruby, Jenny and my buddy from Venezuela all made a lasting impact on us that we will always remember. We can’t wait to see you again! "

"Wonderful place for wildlife spotting and red frogs! Comfortable room, super helpful staff. Beach is lovely although sea was rough. Quiet, good food, very laid back.You do need to walk through the jungle to get there, good path!"

"The staff was amazing. The food was good. The room was beautiful. I stayed in one of the above water bungalows. The only downfall is there is very little to do nearby. You are pretty much stranded on this island unless you arrange some kind of transport or tour. If you’re looking for a vacation where you can totally check out from the world this is it. If you’re looking for a place to do lots of activities, this is not. Management took care of everything I asked for, including an unexpected early arrival. "
