"The property was great value for money. Reasonably priced but with quality rooms and amenities. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Metro public transport was nearby just across the road which was great and very convenient. The surrounding area around the hotel was not so nice. It was surprising to experience a large amount of trash and fly tipping in the area, along with a number of rough sleepers in the area. "Excellent hotel, great value for money, we stayed in Deluxe Twin room that was spacious, very clean and convenient to stay. Comfortable beds and good noise isolation. Close to shin Osaka station. Will definitely stay again. Breakfast choices were slightly limited still enough for a light meal. Complementary soba was offered in the eve hours."
