「We enjoyed our stay at Royal Dunes. The condo was very spacious and bright. We had plenty of room for a family of six. We appreciated the three large bathrooms with accessibility features. The kitchen was a nice size and adequately stocked. Though could have used a bit more silverware. We enjoyed the pool and the easy walk to the beach!! Thank you for a wonderful stay! 」

「Condo was as described. It was very clean, decorated nicely. Bed was super comfortable and adjustable too. Great shower-head. We went during the week and community was very quiet. The balcony is comfortable and has a nice view of the golf course and stars at night. Lots of birds in the area as well as deer. Host was very attentive, helpful and communicated quickly. As described, the unit is a few stairs up, but it's a great way to get some steps in.」

「Once again we had a great family spring break vacation. The natural scenery of the beach is perfect for exploring. We used the outdoor pools every day because of the warm weather. We also used the indoor pool/hot tub. The only thing that could be updated to make a little more comfortable are the mattresses and pull out couch bed. No complaints though! Again, Margaret is a super host and highly recommended. Thank you for a wonderful week. 」

Only complaints I have is that I had to pay to park at the room, there was no broom for me to use to sweep the floors with (with kids floors get real dirty), the dryer squeaked really loud every time we used it so had to make sure to use it when we was not in the room, the bathroom on the left needs the shower handle tightened up and the toilet paper holder fixed, pillows could be a little more fuller (they are very thin, either use two...

「I had a great stay at this beachside condo! The unit was spotless and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy my time there. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish; they were responsive, helpful, and made the whole process smooth. I’d definitely stay here again!」

「Great location for beach, biking, and golfing. Lots of people playing tennis or paddle. Our unit had uncomfortable and mismatched furniture in living room—some looked like they were salvaged staff were very responsive when the dishwasher leaked. They need some directions on how to use the remotes for the cable tv」

「The property was wonderful! Ocean view from our balcony. Could walk to the beach and hang out (if weather was warmer). Our son was in a college tennis tournament on site and it was less than a 5 minute walk to the courts. Would definitely stay there again if we are going back next year for the same tournament.」
