"I happened to stay here under the most extraordinary circumstances - the night of the Spain/Portugal power outage in April 2025. I was lucky enough to have booked a room, but when I arrived (at midnight!) there were 50-70 stranded travelers from the nearby Chamartin station scattered throughout the lobby. They had nowhere to go, and while the hotel was fully booked, they still provided comforters for those travelers so they would not have to sleep outside, or at the station (hundreds more had done so that night). The consideration they made in those extraordinary circumstances was an incredible display of compassion, and alone warrants 5 stars from me."

"Well, I chose this hotel because of the nice reviews but honestly I didn't think it would be that good. But it was! Beyond expectations 💖 Friendly welcomed by the hotel doormen and the receptionist. The room was very clean and quiet, with comfortable bed and pillows. Large wardrobe with lots of hangers. We loved the bathroom, with both bathtub and shower and two sinks. Really appreciated our own terrace. The breakfast buffet was gigantic and delicious. The 360° roof bar was nice, crowded though. It was a pity that the pool wasn't open for the season yet but you can't have it all - maybe next time 😊"

"First time staying in the hotel.. Excellent experience.. The location is super convenient, the rooms are very spacious, bed, pillows.. great quality .. Delicious breakfast with many options.. Customer service in general is also excellent.. Special remark for Carmen , the young lady that greets you at breakfast time with a beautiful smile and always asking if we were pleased the hotel services .. This is a highly recommended hotel in Madrid "

"Over all everything it was good. Breakfast good, rooms good, customer service good. Safe it was good. Overall Madrid is very safe to be walking late. We went to the Real Madrid soccer game and came back walking to our hotel at midnight. All good. I will definitely recommend this hotel. "

"A very nice hotel that is really close to the metro. There’s also a supermarket close by and some fast food options. It was really easy to get into the heart of Madrid and to get to the Bernabéu for the footy. Would stay here again, and definitely worth considering!"
