"I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to stay in Madrid! It's a short walk away from a lot of sights, easy to hail a cab outside (even with the sidewalk construction). We opted for the balcony room but looking back on it, wouldn't mind an inside room to cut down on traffic noise in the morning. Atocha is very busy at all hours of the day and with that comes basic traffic noise, (honking, etc). We stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip in Spain and we left some items the first night. I wasn't hopeful that they would have hung on to them, but sure enough, I emailed the hotel and they had my items! Very appreciative and thankful for that. All the hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would most definitely say here again! "

"The best hotel I've stayed at in Europe so far. The property is very new. They have some construction going on at the street level but that did not bother me. The breakfast is top notch. Could use some changes rather than same items daily. But everyone was courteous. The bed was super comfy the sheets like heaven. This is the perfect hotel "
