"I spent many days reviewing properties and am so glad we chose this outrigger! Central location to lots of walking dining options, mall and the Monkeypod on property was excellent! We stayed in the diamond head tower suite 460 and the view and balcony were wonderful! The property was easy to get around and they had the best valet service! "

"The property was well maintained. All of the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean and taken care of and the cleaning staff is top notch. Nice having a Keurig in the room and every day the pods were replenished. The cleaning staff was considerate and listened to meet our needs. The pillows on the beds were very fluffy and comfortable and sheets were changed upon request. Plenty of clean towels too. The pool was clean, water on the chilly side but also plenty of beach towels for our use. The caffe was great being in the lobby and open for breakfast, lunch and happy hour. The Maui Brewing Restaurant is on property and a great option. Open late for snacks and the beer was very tasty. Drawback was the inability to get connected to the WiFi. But in the end not missed. The International Marketplace is 4 minutes away. Kona Coffee Purveyors is a must try. About 100 shoppes and many restaurants. Herringbone is a great surf and Turf place. The Leliha Bakery was wonderful for breakfast and the pastries are excellent. "

"This place is perfect for anyone who wants a traditional surfer dude feel to a beach front hotel. Anyone who complains about any insignificant deficiencies would be crying if they were eating shave ice! Relax your issues are 1st world problems. Mahalo to ALL the staff!"
