I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the service we have received during our stay at your hotel. We are currently on our honeymoon, a once-in-a-lifetime occasion, and unfortunately, the ongoing strike has severely impacted our experience. We had expected a much higher standard of service and hospitality, but instead, we feel that our special trip has been ruined.
While we understand that the strike is a difficult situation for your hotel, we are frustrated by the lack of alternative solutions or communication that could have helped mitigate the impact on guests. Frankly, we believe that this level of management and service is unacceptable for a hotel of your reputation.
We sincerely hope that you will take immediate actions to address the concerns of your guests and improve the situation. If no effort is made to resolve these issues, we believe it would be better for such an establishment to cease operations.
