"I went for 4 days for spring break! Very pretty resort. The staff was super friendly & helpful. I really enjoyed the morning workouts; HIIT at 8am with Kimberly was a 5/5! The beach club food was great I had lunch there every day! The sushi spot is not the best if you’re a sushi eater, but the steakhouse was also great! The buffet served a variety of things which were good. Another fav was the bathtub on the balcony. I love big tubs! Overall I give it 4.5/5 stars."

"We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! "

"From the moment we arrived everyone was helpful and friendly. They helped with anything and everything we could ask for when it came to dining and activities (like the catamaran). And house keeping was more than on top of their job. They came by twice a day to check the room and turn down the bed plus the mini fridge stayed stock. Thanks for the birthday cake and champagne as well!"

"Love love love the Majestic resorts- finally now staying at the Mirage. We have stayed at the Colonial and the Elegance prior but the Mirage took it up to another level! Easy check in and check out when upgrading to the Mirage Club. We opted for a roof top with jacuzzi room in the adults only section. The room was clean for the most part but could have been polished more for our liking. Would suggest you bring your own shampoo and conditioner from home! The food was top notch and take...

"First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....
