"Like the “bonus” items they provided - 2 bottles of water, cocktail vouchers and a free round of 9 hole golf across the street. The entire hotel is white. Outside, hallways and rooms. Could use some color. Had a restaurant change show up on our bill for the morning we left - we never ate at their restaurant and it was north of $140. We are in the dispute stage right now. It hit our credit card after the hotel bill was presented to us and was not on the printout or we would have had a...

"A very nice hotel at a reasonable price. The beds were great but it would have been nice to have a microwave. I enjoyed the free welcome drink and the staff was great. Parking is free and very convenient and the hotel is close to town. A great place to stay for a couple of nights while you tour Hilo and Volcano, which is less than an hour away."

"Wnjoyed the complementary paddle boards, bikes, and 24/7 coffee. While the remodeled aspects of the property are very nice, some aspects, such as wondows and outdoor walkwaya were dated."

"The Inn is on a beautiful property that is accessed via a gate protected private road. The waterfall is amazing and very peaceful. It is not your standard hotel as there is no TV or standard amenities, however there is a common area kitchen space with shared refrigeration and appliances."
