Dancing Bream (920004) is a beautiful ranch home all on one level with a hot tub. Only 2 steps to the main level. New kitchen cabinets and counter tops. New dark brown hardwood floors through out the entire home and in the 3 bedrooms. All three bedrooms have King Beds and Smart TVs. Two full bathroom along with new vanities and countertops. One bathroom has a walk in shower and one is a tub shower combo. The home has central heat and air along with flatscreen TVs, cable, wireless internet. Living area has a large picture window to view the deep water lake year round in a new leather sofa. Enjoy the atmosphere from many levels on the outside deck living areas. The kitchen is fully furnished. Home has a washer and dryer on the main level in this ranch.
The best thing about this home is that is lake front and the water is about 50 feet from the porch. Located under beautiful oak and hickory trees down to the lake and dock with ladders and a dog ramp. This home has "DEEP WATER" all year long. The covered dock has one boat slip for guest to use and two kayaks, one single and one double. Life jackets and paddles provide. An upstairs sundeck is great for relaxing and viewing the mountains and lake. There are two grilling areas, one is a traditional charcoal down in a gravel yard area and a gas grill also. The back porch goes across the entire length of the home that faces the lake and the water is only a few yards from the home. There an extended porch on the hot tub side of the home. The 5 person hot tub has a water fall and multi color light system and a great view of the lake and mountains year round.
Dancing Bream is only minutes to the middle of Hiawassee off hwy 288. Access to this home is very easy, the road is entirely paved and all roads are flat. There is plenty of parking at the home for 1-4 cars.
Come enjoy and relax in a lake front home where you can enjoy the water view from the great room, or the deck that is the length of the home. The water view can also be seen from the kitchen and master bedroom. Wake up with views of the lake and under the beautiful wooded lot. This ranch home is located on a point near a cove so you may see fish jumping or ducks swimming by. Have fun fishing off the dock or take a swim which a ladder is provided to enter the lake. The mountain view is also a plus and the town is less than 10 minutes away. Your canine friend is also welcome.

BEYOND ALL EXPECTATIONS
I don't know where to start. The cleanliness was so exceptional and the view was so remarkable that within 20 mins we extended our stay. We rented a boat from Lake Chatuge marina. Outstanding staff (Shout out Susie and Eli). We also brought our paddle boards and used the host house kayaks. We had excellent weather the entire week, so we realize that helps with the over-all experience. In town is a great local place Tilted Cafe, you could eat all your meals there! It has the best vibe! There is also a fresh market in town that fulfilled all our fruit and veggie needs. Most of time was spent on the water but we felt so comfortable in Karen and Vince's home. The decor, the art, the amenities, the attention to detail (those bed side baskets💖). Vacation time is so very important to reset. It will be wonderful to have confidence every time we book book book

Unbelievably relaxing stay in a beautiful, well equipped home in a great neighborhood/ location. Enjoyed hanging out on dock, swimming, and great hiking nearby. Had good dining experience at The Oaks (Ridges Resort), Hiawassee Brew and Happy Hawg. Will absolutely rebook!

The house was so clean smelt really good when we walked in from the outside we thought oh wow that’s a little tiny house but then when we walked in, we were amazed it was beautiful inside and then when we stepped out on the wraparound deck, our mouse dropped. It was amazing, they’re on the end of the lake so it’s so quiet and the water was like glass. There was only two of us so we only used one bedroom and had our little dog. We would definitely recommend staying here and we will probably want to stay here again in the future Absolutely a five star and PS close to everything yet quiet and peaceful

We really enjoyed our stay. My fiance was able to get fishing in because of the convenience of the dock. We rented a boat and were able to pick up the rest of the family from the dock. All communication was very clear.

I became very sick a week prior, 2 hospitals; miserable... The host switched our dates for us which was so very kind. Staying at the cottage was peaceful and comfortable. The hosts were there for us when we had any question - they went above any and all expectations and we are thankful for and to them! The cottage is beautiful and so clean. Couldn't have been a better stay.

Nice Lake House
This is a very nice house on Lake Fatugue with many amenities including a hot tub, porch with picturesque views of the lake, boat slip with two kayaks and an upper deck on the boat launch for sunning and viewing. The interior of the house is also very nice with a good kitchen, three nice bedrooms and the house is nicely furnished. This was our second stay there and they have made some nice upgrades since our first visit.

A much needed getaway
Our stay was fantastic. The home is clean and welcoming as you go in and immediately open the curtains to the wall windows facing the lake. We did a lot of dock and back porch sitting and talked about going somewhere but…. Why??? We had all we needed at this home . If you need a a relaxing getaway in a beautiful comfortable home looking out onto a lake so clear this is your spot. I had open communication with the owners and they were magnificent. I would highly recommend staying here. This property is now on our favorites.

Clean home with easy lake access
Great host. We appreciated how clean the house was. There was plenty of space for both couples. We enjoyed the use of the house kayaks and rented a boat that we conveniently docked at the house. There were lots of birds to entertain us. Dog walking was super easy on the very lightly trafficked roads.

Great house but walk to dock is not easy
This is a great house in an excellent location. The house was as described and very clean. The third bedroom is not easily accessible and this was explained by the host (you have to pass through one of the other 2 bedrooms to access the 3rd room), but given the breadth of ages and bedtimes, it was more difficult than expected. We had 6 people and the house was a little small for 4 adults and 2 kids but the deck was amazing and helped make the space feel bigger. The dock is fabulous and the deep water (17-20 feet) makes docking a boat easy and the swimming right off the dock is excellent. Unfortunately, the walk down to the dock is somewhat steep with no stairs and the ground gets muddy and slippery if there is any rain at all.

What a memorable family trip!
We couldn't have picked a more lovely holiday getaway. The views of the lake are breathtaking, sunrise/sunset, etc., and such a beautiful property to relax and unplug at. The place in general has a really nice woodsy feel and our dog loved having all that within feet. The Christmas decor during our stay was such a nice surprise, and added a special touch to all of our festivities. We all really loved the huge back deck overlooking the lake, and scenic drive around the lake into town. Our hosts were so attentive with any question or need, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Our family can't wait to return!

Love this Lake House!!
This is our second year staying here; we will be back next year again, for sure!!! The lake is beautiful, the private dock is worth it on its own. The home is super comfortable, single level which is awesome. It is home away from home for us one week a year. Our french bulldog had the time of his life. The neighborhood is great for a morning or evening walk. It is close to town and great restaurants and Hiawassee Brew which is a great place to hang out at the end of the day. Also, Karen is great host!!

Perfection
From the moment we walked in we were right at home. Everything was clean and stocked and all we had to do was unpack and enjoy! We cooked multiple times and had everything we needed. Karen and Vince were amazingly helpful and so friendly to chat with. The home is spacious and the view can’t be beat! We brought our boat and the boat slip/dock were so nice! The sun deck on top of the dock is a great place to enjoy the view and catch some sun. To top it off we were able to bring our fur baby which made our visit even more enjoyable. Thank you for a great week! We’ll definitely be back to visit again!
