Spend quality family time in two large living areas, enjoy meals on the screened porch with dining table and rockers, and enjoy drinks around the firepit in your leafy backyard -- all set on a private two-acre plot.

Access the driveway directly from a paved road, this property offers a beautiful rural tucked-away setting, yet this 'Apple Country Retreat' is just a short drive to Hendersonville amenities and a host of destination attractions, including Biltmore, Chimney Rock State Park, Lake Lure, Dupont State Forest, and downtown Hendersonville.

LIVING AREA

Natural light pours into the stylish main living room, outfitted with a sectional and beautiful gas fireplace. After a day of adventure, host a movie night on the 43 TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Just off the living area, a big kitchen makes it easy to cook and socialize. This well-equipped space features ample counter space, a full suite of appliances, and a breakfast island for three.

The adjacent dining area accommodates eight.

BED & BATH

The master bedroom has a king bed, makeup vanity area, and a 32 TV. An en-suite bath boasts dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and an inviting jetted tub.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and 32 TV, while a third bedroom includes a full-over-full bunk bed and 32 TV. The adjacent family bath has a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA

A screened-in porch lets you relax and dine outdoors enjoying the beautiful western North Carolina evenings. Kick back in one of the rocking chairs, or dish up meals around the porch dining table.

Head to the backyard, where you'll discover plenty of space to roam among the tranquil, tree-dotted grounds. In the evenings, toast marshmallows around the firepit.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, driveway parking for two cars with additional parking in front of property, and smart TVs allowing guest log-in to their personal streaming accounts (Netflix, Amazon, Roku, etc).

Please note this property has exterior security cameras that point away from the house.

Dogs welcome for a small nightly fee (up to two max).

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
