"Lovely stay with excellent staff who were very welcoming and attentive during our one night stay. The accommodation was clean and well presented, although a little tired in places, which was absolutely fine for our stay. The bed was a small double, which was a little soft for my liking, although other reviews say the beds were great, so very much a personal preference. "Excellent hotel. Modern. Staff are fab. Room was excellent and nicely decorated. This hotel is a brilliant base for the NEC. We used it for crufts. NEC is about 24 mins away but really easy to get to. Will definitely use again. "

"Really lovely staff and the check in experience was very pleasant. The room was just about acceptable in terms of cleanliness but the toilet was not clean and still had used paper in it. The room and the surroundings were very tired and beyond worn in some places, especially the carpet on the stairs which was very dirty. As there was no breakfast, we could not comment on it. It’s such a shame because the setting is quite pleasant and it could be a lovely place to visit. "
