Great central location. Lovely lady on reception at check in. Room was clean and very well equipped. Comfortable firm bed. Croissants and coffee provided in the reception area for breakfast was a nice start to the day. Would recommend and we would stay there again. Room was clean and tidy. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn't work in our room so it was boiling and then with the window open was too loud outside! Had some very loud neighbours which stopped me from getting to sleep. Had to complain to reception.

Great place and location
Superb place to stay if you’re going to Rock City. It’s literally next door. Great staff and a little shop of sorts selling snacks and juices to take to your room. A mean to cup coffee machine and pastry in the morning is a great touch.
