「Staff were all pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful」

「Beautiful property, staff were welcoming and nice. They offer golf cart rides because everything is quite a distance away. The self parking and taxes is a little ridiculous. The room was wonderful, perfect view and comfy bed. The beach and pool were awesome. We ate at Prime it was wonderful. 」

「ワンルームを改装したような感じでした。トイレもベットのすぐ横にあり驚きました。 写真を見て清潔感のあるホテルと思いましたが、金庫も壊れており家具も傷が多く残念でした。 たまたま自分の部屋だけかもしれませんがあまりおすすめ出来ません。 」

「it was an excellent hotel in a prime location. The rooms were very comfortable with the exception of the musty smell. The room needs to be aired out with some fresh air. The destination fee allows $40 a day for food and drink, $5 in the market, free beach chairs and umbrellas and free bike rental every day of your stay.」

「Our stay at the Fairmont San Juan was excellent. Room was nice and clean. Hotel facilities where good. Beach was nice. We did have breakfast once during our stay and I think it was overpriced, the food was not that good. Definitely not worth the price we paid. Thankfully there is a Starbucks inside the hotel. 」
