"Comfortable and good overlooking view"

"The thing I disliked the most is parking costs! $100 CND inside the hotel per night and $50 offsite! That’s LUDICROUS for a top end hotel like the Hilton! I’m disabled with mobility issues and made the staff aware of this even flashing my disability parking permit and it still did not mater said all handicap spots were taken! Appalling in this day and age! Hotel was great otherwise!"

"All the staff at this hotel are amazing. Super helpful. They had the crib for our baby already set up and brought a fridge up right away for me to put milk in. The pool was warm and the sauna was nice!! The cleaning staff were so sweet and even left us a bag outside our room with a bunch of stuff in it when we had our do not disturb on when our little one was napping. The man working the front desk made check in so easy. The location doesn’t get any better! 2 min walk to the waterpark. 5 min...

"Our room was lovely. There were a few small areas looking a little worn and needing repair. But we were very comfortable and the suite was roomy. I was so glad we upgraded to the superior room that came with a tray of goodies and upgraded coffee. We got in late and it was perfect while we waited for dinner to be delivered. The hotel was overrun with high school students, but they put us on the top floor where it didn't seem there were any students. 😍"
