"Our stay this year went off without a hitch. I received a call the day before our arrival to be notified that the Fifty44 restaurant was closed and that the heat in our designated room was out so they were moving us to another room. I appreciated the heads up for sure. It was a bummer the restaurant was closed because it is one of our favorites and we eat at least 2 meals there during our stay but, hopefully next year we can enjoy it again. The pool and hot tub were working which was great! ...

"The only issue was not knowing about a $30 charge for our dog ahead of our arrival. The room was clean and large. The breakfast was amazingly better than most hotel properties. The facility is the older style one story with face in parking but the lights and cars coming and leaving was nit bothersome. The bed was very comfortable. "

"We’ve been staying at this hotel for 7 years during the holiday season, and this is one of our favorites. However, this year we were very disappointed with the very short list of activities prepared for the guests. The new management is not quite successful with the entertainment program. The previous management had numerous activities throughout the day, including activities for children, entertainment at the lobby, hot cocoa during the day, a coffee bar by the lobby.
