Great location for families and fishermen alike with easy access to fishing in the nearby marshes, rock jetties and fishing bridge. Internet is provided. 50 feet of water access to dock your boat. The downstairs area is a great hangout for cooking and spending time with friends and family. They have a gas grill, swing, chairs and picnic table. Water access information-- 50' of dock-- Water depth is 3'-4' high tide and 2'-3' low tide. Water faucet hose on dock. Fish cleaning station. Crabs can be caught in cancel across the street from camp. You can park under the camp or in front with vehicles or boat trailers, no parking in lot next door. Marinas close by for lauching of your boat. Location has a newly installed Ice maker (temporarily out of order) and an extra refrigerator in downstairs area to help with extra space for your groceries or fresh filleted/baged fish caught during your stay. 

Note: Island Realty has no control over the Grand Isle Restoration project which may cause parts of the beach or crossover closings from time to time.  The project as it is funded and overseen by USACE.
