Apartments in Governador Island for Rent

"I rate this property as average because in all honesty, it's not shown as it really looks in real life, you'll be staying at the oldest building in the area, even though you're in the best area for beaches and restaurants, consider that you'll get what you're paying for. We had a misunderstanding with the check in so i recommend having your schedule well planned out. The kitchen didn't have enough tools for cooking and for a family of five, the pots and the frying pan were too small. Consider...

"A flat that felt more like a home away from home, superbly decorated and in Ipanema's prime spot! With most the appliances you would have in your house, the apartment felt cosy. Swift communication and the building doormen were particularly helpful and cortious."

"The unit was safe, quiet, and had a lot of things to do in the area. The 24 hour doorman/security staff was also very nice. Unfortunately, the unit was infested with cockroaches (many of all sizes every day throughout the entire stay, not just one here and there). Also several items were either broken (e.g., window shades) or very old (e.g., bedding). I mentioned the infestation issue to the rental staff on site , however based on the response I am not overly optimistic it will be resolved...
