Sunsational is a gorgeous waterfront home that offers 5 bedrooms! When you open the front door you are greeted by a wall of windows and water filled scenery. A large open floor plan that is made for family fun awaits you! The kitchen is very well equipped with everything needed for meal preparations and includes stainless steel appliances and both drip and Keurig coffee makers. The dining area has a large table with ample seating that will accommodate 6. A kitchen island with 5 additional bar stools makes it an ideal spot for a snack or simply spending time visiting in the kitchen. Multiple outdoor decks, complete with lots of comfortable seating to enjoy the spectacular views as well as grilling your evening meal. In keeping the family unified, the living area is adjacent to these areas so that the chef will not miss the game on TV while cooking up wings for the game.
There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor including the King Master, en suite. Wake up in the morning to your private balcony and water view to enjoy your morning cup of coffee. The second and third rooms on the main level each have 2 twin beds and share a hall bath. As you proceed downstairs to the lower level, you will again be greeted by the full length view of water through the oversized floor to celling windows. The den has an entertaining area including a flat screen TV and several gaming tables. Full size pool table and several comfy sofas to lounge about. The doors lead out to yet another seating area that will allow to relax with a glass of wine and unwind. The two large lower level rooms have two Queen size beds and private doors leading to patio.
The dock is a short flight of stairs down and has water toys for you to enjoy with your stay. The area adjacent to the dock is the perfect spot to be protected from the waves as you try your skills on the stand up paddle board. Various sized life jackets are available for your use.

House Rules for Your Stay
Responsible Renter: You must be at least 25 years old to rent the property. Proof of age may be requested. A parent or legal guardian must accompany guests under this age.
Occupancy Limit: The property is strictly limited to the number of guests specified in your reservation, as listed in the house advertisement (ages 2 and above). This maximum occupancy cannot be adjusted. Exceeding this limit is a breach of contract and may result in immediate eviction.
Pets Policy: Only dogs are allowed in approved pet-friendly homes with a paid fee. All pets must be leashed and under control at all times. Emotional support animals are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing with a fee.
No Parties or Events: The property is for residential use only. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted and may result in immediate eviction.
Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Respect the neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment.
Trash Disposal: Guests must remove all trash upon departure and dispose of it in the designated facility. The cleaning fee covers routine cleaning only and does not include additional cleanup.
Property Respect and Maintenance: Report any maintenance needs immediately to ensure a prompt resolution. Treat the home as your own; any damages or excessive mess may result in additional charges. Please return all furnishings to their original positions upon checkout.
Follow Local Regulations: Abide by all local laws and regulations. No parking on lawns or adjacent properties; please respect all parking restrictions.
Emergency Preparedness: Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures. Keep emergency contact information accessible during your stay.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking and dispose of all cigarette waste properly.
