「屋内のレストランの食事は中の下程度、プールサイドレストランのサンドイッチ、軽食程度ならまあまあ食べられます。 プールタオル、WIFI、全てが有料で、あまり気持ちのいいものではありませんでした。予約時には100平米の2ベッドルームキッチン付きとのことだったのですが、100平米あるとは思えない広さでした。 文句を言うにも常にレセプションには列が出来ていて、何をリクエストするにも時間がかかるので、泣き寝入りする事が多かったです。 唯一の救いは、スタッフが皆感じのいい人だった事でしょうか。」

「ホテル自体は最高のホテル。食事も三食美味しく、スタッフも英語ある程度使えれば問題なし。ロビーやプールサイドにバーがあり、ドンペリなど一部を除けば何杯でも無料。部屋のバルコニーからの景色もオーシャンビューで喫煙者は部屋の中はダメですがバルコニーや屋外で喫煙可です。なぜ星を一つ減らしたかというと、部屋の中でも最高なら部屋でゆっくりしたいのに部屋の掃除が毎日違う時間にされ、備品も全て補充されないことです。大体の時間などではなく、朝の8時にされることもあれば夕方の17時にされることもあります。欧米人はプールサイドで朝から一日中直射日光浴びていますが、私は天気がいいのは嬉しいけれど部屋でゆっくりしたかったのでそれが難点でした。掃除自体は30分ほどでバーなどに一時間くらいいればいいのですが、部屋でゆっくりしたい方は注意です。」

「Lovely hotel and looked exactly like the photos. We also liked Pedro and Jorge from the specialist restaurants. Only problem was that We had a birthday and they didn’t actually do anything for you and told us too late that we could have paid to have the name on the castle. Also the buffet and pizza restaurants were too short staffed at times. 」

「This hotel was absolutely beautiful. Staff are so nice. Beds excatly comfortable pity we only had one night stay. Will be back 」

「The property was very clean throughout, always a sun bed available. The drains in the hotel has funky smell, also had a leak during our stay. Food is not as bad as everyone says but also with no salt or spices mostly so very bland, mostly fish. Some days the restaurant got very busy as it’s not as big, had to find leftover food and scrape as it wasn’t topped up towards the end of service, one morning didn’t even have a clean table to sit down so had to walk around with food for a long time....

「The apartment was spacious and clean. The balcony was big and caught the sun from 1000 onwards. Conveniently located next to the square with plenty pubs and restaurants. Staff were nice and helpful 」
