「Good location. Lovely view from the balcony. Had a welcome pack with toiletries etc and a bottle of wine/water. Photos an accurate representation of apartment.」

「This was our second stay in the property, we‘ve already booked for 2026. Love it here.」

「Spotlessly clean apartment with good facilities, two pools (unheated whilst we were there), and sunny balcony, in a quiet residential area. Lots of bars and large popular restaurants within a fifteen minute downhill walk. Shops, supermarkets and other smaller restaurants five minute walk away. apartment is a twenty minute taxi ride from airport (around 30 euros). Bus stops and taxi ranks nearby also.」

「Zeer goed gelegen 」

「The property is very comfortable we enjoyed our stay.Whilst it was not a problem for us we feel that less able bodied people would most likely have a problem with the location up the steep hill. I do not know how many English people stay in the property but there is no property notes or instructions for any appliance in English. We would definitely stay here again」

「very modern apartment with comprehensive range of appliances, kitchen utensils and laundry. 5 min walk to Las Ramblas and a further 5 minutes to the pedestrian shopping area. I thoroughly enjoyed my time staying there! (Only negative is the parking is hit and miss - and don't bring a large vehicle as the road is narrow)」

「Der Aufenthalt bei olivia hat uns Sehr gefallen ist wirklich nur zu empfehlen wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und auch allgemein war sie immer erreichbar und hat uns ganz lieb alles erklärt trotz Verspätung, zudem haben wir eine Super saubere Wohnung bekommen die schon komplett alles hatte was man brauchte. Wir waren rundum zufrieden :)」

「The property is perfect for a stay in Puerto de la Cruz. It is a quiet complex with a great heated pool. A 20 minute stroll down to the main promenade and a shorter, though uphill, walk to Traoro Park. The nearby Botanical Gardens are excellent as is the range of restaurants and bars.」

「L appartement de Roberto est spacieux, confortable. Il est decoré avec beaucoup de goût. Il a été très facile de communiquer avec lui. L appartement est idéalement situé au centre Santa Cruz dans un quartier où le garage proposé est indispensable.」

「Die schön gelegene Wohnung oberhalb des Loroparks ist gepflegt, gut ausgestattet . Man mekt der Wohnung an, daß sie von Esther gut betreut und gepflegt wird. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr ruhig und war im Februar wenig bewohnt. Leider war das Schwimmbad sehr kalt und wurde somit von uns nicht benutzt.」
