"The property has been recently renovated. The property is comfortable and well stocked for all vacation needs. The property has a beautiful view of Gasparilla Sound. We sat on the back deck, drank coffee, and watched the dolphins in the sound. Maria was very helpful when we needed assistance and easy to communicate with. It was such a treat!"

"My family of four with 2 kids under 8 really enjoyed this condo. It was quiet being tucked on the north end of the island but we found the entire area quiet since we stayed in Aug. We rented a golf cart and got snacks from Kappys which is walking distance to condo. Super convenient! The golf cart was fun for going out to eat, visiting the beach and exploring. Boca Grande has plenty of pool options and even a nice playground for small kiddos right down the road from this unit. Big bonus - family...
