This is not an hotel, this is an apartment block, a very nice apartment block.
I did not like that we were issued a warning that if the building owners considered that we had left the apartment untidy then we would be subject to a 300k korean extra payment.

Had a good stay at Hotel Arban. Easy to locate, short walk to Seomyeon metro and many buses. Walkable area with lots of street food and restaurants.
Room was clean, bed comfortable, temperature nicely adjustable to set lower (not always possible in hotels in winter!).
Minor problem with foul smell coming from drains in bathroom but running water for a few minutes and bathroom fan helped to clear.
Also breakfast was very basic and a bit disappointing. Stayed 3 nights, only had breakfast once. Ignored other 2 days and went out to find good coffee and food.
Still, good value for money to stay here.
