"Loved opening the curtains in the morning to see a cruise ship outside. The location is very good with trips to the islands practically on the doorstep. Also the new metro entrance at the front takes away the stress of trying to cross a very busy road! This was not our first stay there and I hope to return again soon."

"The beautiful, old, stately property is very grand. But the bathrooms are in severe need of an upgrade. Screws in the walls where robe hooks used to be, not a shelf or tub rim to place shower products, any other amenity such as irons, need to be called down to be brought up. The bellhop and front door staff were scarce or non-existent. "

The room itself seemed a bit shabby - the bathroom fixtures were loose (the sink faucet would sink down by itself after lifting it up), and there was barely any sink space to place toiletries. We also requested an accessible room since my partner just had surgery, and the toilet was located 1-2cm away from the shower, making it impossible to use the toilet without moving the shower walls around - which was not impossible, just inconvenient and poorly...

"Really enjoyed our stay for the final leg of our Italy honeymoon, and the staff went above and beyond to welcome us. As a lovely surprise, they had upgraded our room, left us a thoughtful and welcoming letter in the room accompanied by a selection of cakes and pastries, and checked in with us throughout our stay. "A beautiful and modern room and very comfortable. An extra feature is a beautiful balcony facing the side street. The host Anna was very friendly and communication was easy. We were allowed to leave the bags before the actually checking in which was much appreciated. The room was very clean with a couch and a desk. There were some welcome drinks and breakfast left at the arrival. Getting in is easy and its a safe and secure place. Located just on the main street, but facing the side street....
