"Didnt enjoy queing for 1 hour to collect sheets and check in then having to walk back 5 mins to hotel with everything inc luggage. Double trundle bed could only be made up as 2 singles and no top sheet... had to sleep next to blankets that werent laundered. Great position in town. Nice view. "

"great hotel if you’re staying with young children family entertainment every night buffet meals good choices 2min walk to ctr town and sku lifts , bar and function room lots of kids till about 10 pm , there is an area by reception you can escape to from the kids with pool tables and seating area ( free wine with evening meal ) "

"The rooms were nice, modern and tidy. But it was very small in the toilet The food was amazing however not much option for young kids. Everything was in french so had to guess what the food was. With an allergy I find this quite surprising that you don’t alsl have English written. The staff was accommodating in the restaurant and bar. "The apartment is OK for a couple but is tired and outdated. Only the living room heater works. The bathroom and bedroom heaters didn't work and it was very cold after having a shower. There was also a non-working smoke alarm in a drawer. The bed was comfortable and the location near the slopes and ski bus stop was excellent. "Very nice apartment perfect size for my son and I for a week ski trip. I think you could fit 3 or 4 but 2 seems like the ideal number given the size. Located in Preyerand section of Les menuires, there is a free gondola to la croisette/the main village every couple minutes and is about 2 minutes walk. Ideal place to stay for families

"Our second time visiting and we have rebooked for a 3rd Nicole was amazing despite some issues with VRBO and the washing machine she was in constant communication. It was great to add linen to our booking this year. The appartment is a good size we are 2 families equalling 10 people. Ski in/ out was still possible even in April Good sized rooms with plenty of views of the slops outside. Nicole added items to the kitchen from our last stay which made things even easier."

Lovely hotel

"Great place to stay.. we stayed for 4 nights 2 adults and my 13 year old son.. the only things I’d say..!! is it’s pointless having a kitchen in the apartment, if you do not give a few more facilities for people to use.. we did not go for breakfast as we only eat small before hitting the slopes.. it’s obvious that the hotel restricts any cutlery to force people to eat there or eat out., personally I run 5 holiday rentals and would never restrict items from a property.. the place is restricted by the lack of kitchen facilities in the apartment. Providing some basic kitchen amenities could indeed enhance the guest experience and flexibility. just the little things added certainly would give the hotel a much better rating, as guests do need the options..!! We had to use the multi tool cork screw with tiny pen knife. Lucky we’ve survival skills to adapt 👍😎"
