「The hotel West Baden is awesome they have 24 hour trolley that runs every 15 minutes and will take you anywhere in the area.」

「The hot water needs to be hotter. My shower never got above luke warm. Tried a bath but the water was cold by the time I got in. The pool area was too hot to enjoy. The water was fine and clean. But between the heat and the humidity I couldnt breathe in there. I was charged an almost 70.00 surcharge when I checked in and have no idea what it is for. Wasn't told about it before I was charged. Not on the Expedia receipt. Haven't been charged that before when we stayed there. Front desk staff says...

「We were there for our 50th wedding anniversary with our family. We had 4 rooms which were nice. There were lots of Christmas activities going on. Our dinner at the West Baden resort was wonderful. Both hotels are very nice, but I would recommend the French Lick Hotel if you have kids along.」

「When I checked in, the clerk/owner (?) told me they no longer accept online reservations from Expedia, so my Expedia reservation was no good. I still got a room. The place is in dire need of a renovation, clean up, new fixtures, and just basic daily care. The air conditioner didn’t have a cover; discovered the next morning the AC leaked onto the carper. Will not stay here again.」
