Located in the amenity-rich neighborhood of Ocean View Beach Club and only minutes to downtown Bethany Beach, this stunning coastal style 4 bed, 3.5 bath home offers the perfect location for your next vacation.

This home offers open concept living allowing you to enjoy using the well equipped kitchen with oversized island and living space when gathering for meals or evening movies and games. The kitchen opens up to a large living room with a flat screen television, gas fireplace and ample seating for your group. There is a wet bar with wine fridge located off the kitchen and living area. In addition, the first floor provides a flex room with day bed which can be used as additional sleeping and/or living space for guests. A half bath and laundry room with washer and dryer are located on this level as well.

The second floor provides an additional living space for gathering in the evenings, with a sleeper sofa couch and television. The primary bedroom with queen bed, television and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and dual vanity is on the second floor as well.

Three additional bedrooms are located on this level of the home. One of the three bedrooms is equipped with a double bed and television. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and television. The third additional bedroom offers 2 extra long twin beds and a television. There are two shared full bathrooms with dual vanities and shower/tub combination on the second floor.

In addition to ample indoor living space, the back patio is the perfect spot for enjoying an evening fire and/or drinks, relaxing after a long day at the beach or pool! The patio offers a gas fireplace and Adirondack chairs. This property has an outdoor shower for washing off after a day at the beach.

Fresh linens are included with your reservation. Linen package includes sheet sets for each bed and bath towels per person.

Guests may also choose to enjoy the many amenities offered in Ocean View Beach Club. There is a large community pool, billiards, sauna, clubhouse, and beach shuttle. Amenity passes will be $35 per person for the 2024 summer season starting Memorial Day (subject to change by the Community and not all amenities may be available per Community's discretion)

Beach vibe
Beautiful property and neighborhood. Loved the rocking chairs on the balcony, very relaxing. Clean house overall. Lots of space for a large family. Will definitely return to this community!

Great Beach House
We really enjoyed the property and the location. However, this property should not be listed as a 5bdrm. The office/den area in the front of the house is Not a bedroom. In the real estate world, a space can be considered a bedroom if it has a door that can be closed, a window, and a closet. The closet requirement is not covered in the IRC and is instead a bedroom feature more related to comfort and livability than safety. That was extremely disappointing and we would have chosen another property if would have known that was a den/office. Please update the listing.

Perfect house
The House was perfect, beautiful and spacieuse. Only negative point, we are 9 in the House but they have plate only for 8 person. And a charge of 38$ each to have accès to the pool, don’t say we have accès to a pool if we need to pay to go in.
