A comtemporary, independent studio suite with porcelain floors, marble porcelain bathroom floors in shower and on shower walls, fully loaded with all comforts necessary, is located right across from the beach acess. It is in walking distance to the Pier and all restaurants and shops. The property is fenced in providing you extra privacy. To the right of the suite is a large porch with couches where you can relax and listen to the sounds of the island. Below is a large yard with covered area where you can find an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off yourself and your beach gear, a table to eat at and a tennis table. Lounge chairs are also available for relaxing in the sun. This is a Smoke Free suite. This property is licensed by the City of Folly Beach as a vacation rental unit.

Great space for a stay at Folly Beach. Decorated beautifully, comfortable bed, all hotel-like amenities. Outside, the amenities are great with upper patio seating, lower patio seating plus ping pong, cornhole etc. Great space to hang out if you have family, friends in town. Walkable to town and beaches. The property is immaculate and the house is beautiful. We loved sitting outside on the deck. The owners were very nice and accommodating. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The house is so close to the beach and very convenient to a great store you could walk to. No need to drive while you’re there. We will definitely be back!

Hidden Gem in Folly
This was truly a hidden gem in Folly Beach. Across the street from the beach, close to Bert's Market, Taco Boy and an easy walk to Rita's and the rest of downtown Folly Beach. The owners were super helpful. What a great place for quick getaway in Folly!!

Wonderful property within walking distance of all attractions!
This property was absolutely perfect for me and my wife. We loved everything about this suite. The apartment was very clean and exceeded all of our expectations. Quick and easy, walk across the street to the beach and also within a few minutes walk to any restaurant in town. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My boyfriend and I loved this place! It was exactly like the pictures. They space was perfect for just the two of us. It had so many accommodations and very clean . It was not a far drive to the pier everything was close by and the host were very sweet and helpful! We couldn’t recommend it more!

Absolutely Perfect!
My boyfriend and I stayed here for Labor Day weekend. The place was brand new, incredibly clean, fully decorated, and right across from the beach. We had plenty of room, the tv was a great size, and the bed was sooo comfortable. It exceeded expectations! We will definitely stay here again. Loved it!
