You're also close to the Shining Sea Bikeway, Woods Hole, and Martha's Vineyard Ferry, so you can easily explore the best that Cape Cod has to offer. Take a walk in downtown Falmouth (three and a half miles) for quaint shops, classic East Coast charm, and some souvenirs to bring home.

The studio features a fully equipped kitchenette, perfect for preparing quick meals or snacks to take on your beach adventures. There's also a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube streaming, so you can easily relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the area. With partial air conditioning, you can easily beat the heat and stay cool on hot summer days. And if you want to take in the fresh ocean breeze, simply open the windows and let the sea air fill the space.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
There is a flight of stairs after the door entry leading to the studio.
The main home is also available for rental.
The driveway is shared and the backyard space (backyard and grill) is not included with the rental.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
