"I chose this place as a weekend retreat for some women in my family and we had a great time. It was easy to focus on each other and also spend some time praying and studying the Bible. Beautiful farm country and no tv distraction. Only downside was not having a bathroom downstairs but going upstairs was the only exercise we did all weekend so we didn't mind. We'd love to visit again!"

We stayed during cold months so no lake activities but really enjoyed the scenery (and saw a beaver!)My only very tiny bit of feedback would be to add a coffee table or side tables in living room so there is a place to put coffee/drinks. "Amanda and Brian are outstanding hosts. The home was clean and well prepared and their communication was excellent. Swimming in Lake Ontario was great and having the boat to travel throughout the bay was fun. We went to Captain Jack's and were able to bring our dog to Pier 53 for off island meals and activity. Anchored at the sand bar multiple times to swim. Great vacation!"

"Was pretty clean. Staff was great especially continental breakfast women! My daughter loved making waffles with me! Was super convenient to have Splash in same building. My only complaint, not really fault of anyone, garbage truck came at 5 am Saturday morning and woke up my daughter and I (very loud). Apparently the dumpster was directly below our open window! "

Quiet place to rest
