"Great hotel, but the toilet was the wrong direction and difficult to use because the front was not facing the door. Had to walk in sideways to use the toilet. Bathtub is nice, bed is comfy. Parking is limited but if there are no spots they will park for you outside."

"Staff opening room's door even when the guest stay in rooms. the machine parking take few min for bring out car. floor heating boiler were having problem, even hot water was not coming out easily. renting cooking tools were a mass, spoon and chopsticks had stain on it, pan's coating were scratched, knife were not able to cut any of meat."

The room layout I had was rather weird but the amenities far exceeded anything you’ll find at a US style hotel, depending of course on what’s important to you. The room had a clothes styler which was great for prepping the next day’s outfit. A full body massage chair, which I’d use before my shower at night at bedtime.
