This family-friendly, two-story retreat enjoys an unbeatable location that will please outdoor lovers and adventure enthusiasts equally. You will be close to Table Rock Lake and entertaining activities including access to the boat ramp, as well as free public water access, making scenic days sitting by the water possible. Be sure to take advantage of the public beach areas and park benches around Holiday Island too! The Holiday Island 18-hole Golf Course is also within five miles. The Holiday Island marina is less than a mile away and offers boat and kayak rentals from April 1 until October 15. Historic Eureka Springs is eight and a half miles away with lively Main Street, amazing dining, entertainment, Crescent Hotel, Eureka Springs Historical Museum, and The Eureka Market. You can also explore Holiday Island's waterways, parks, restaurants, and local shops when venturing out.
Upon entering this splendid home away from home, you will discover a beautifully appointed open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Spread out comfortably in the welcoming living room featuring a wood-burning fireplace, inviting sofas, and a large smart TV with streaming services. The kitchen has been equipped with all the essentials to prepare exquisite homemade meals for the group. The spacious back deck houses a Traeger smoker for barbecuing and a peak of the lake. The primary suite can be found on this level and it boasts access to the back deck and an en suite bath. The lower level enjoys two bedrooms, both having access to the deck from the sliding glass door.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
