This family-friendly, two-story retreat enjoys an unbeatable location that will please outdoor lovers and adventure enthusiasts equally. You will be close to Table Rock Lake and entertaining activities including access to the boat ramp, as well as free public water access, making scenic days sitting by the water possible. Be sure to take advantage of the public beach areas and park benches around Holiday Island too! The Holiday Island 18-hole Golf Course is also within five miles. The Holiday Island marina is less than a mile away and offers boat and kayak rentals from April 1 until October 15. Historic Eureka Springs is eight and a half miles away with lively Main Street, amazing dining, entertainment, Crescent Hotel, Eureka Springs Historical Museum, and The Eureka Market. You can also explore Holiday Island's waterways, parks, restaurants, and local shops when venturing out.

Upon entering this splendid home away from home, you will discover a beautifully appointed open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Spread out comfortably in the welcoming living room featuring a wood-burning fireplace, inviting sofas, and a large smart TV with streaming services. The kitchen has been equipped with all the essentials to prepare exquisite homemade meals for the group. The spacious back deck houses a Traeger smoker for barbecuing and a peak of the lake. The primary suite can be found on this level and it boasts access to the back deck and an en suite bath. The lower level enjoys two bedrooms, both having access to the deck from the sliding glass door.

Avoid this place!
This was the worst rental experience we've ever had. We strongly advise against staying here. The owners are deceitful, and the management company is equally unprofessional. Although the listing features pictures of the pool and includes it in the filter options as an amenity, the pool is not actually available to guests. Despite this misleading information, the management company has been unresponsive to our concerns. We had to completely rearrange our plans and disappoint our kids due to the lack of access to the advertised amenities. The clubhouse manager confirmed that the owners frequently misrepresent the amenities and that including pool access would be relatively inexpensive, which makes the situation even more frustrating. We were led to believe that the pool was part of our rental, but it was not accessible, and the listing was misleading. Other reviews indicate we are not the first to be misled by these owners, raising serious concerns about their business practices. We anticipate that the response will claim the information was in the fine print, but the listing’s prominent presentation of the pool as an amenity was deceptive. When we reached out to the management company for solutions, they promised a callback that never came. Overall, this experience was deeply disappointing, and we recommend looking for alternative accommodations to avoid these issues.

I would have loved to give this property a five star rating in all areas. However, my group and I weren't able to stay at the property. After driving 5 hours to get there and arriving at the beautiful and accommodating townhouse, the water had been turned off. The property manager did not inspect the property prior to arrival to know about this issue. VRBO tried to accommodate us with another property however it was an hour away from the event we were in town for. We ended up staying in a lodge in town.

Family reunion
The property was easy to get to in Holiday Island the house was decorated very stylishly the beds were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots and pans and other utensils. We really enjoyed the treager smoker. Only Disappointment was not being able to use the community pool and golf course because the owner was a part of the association. That was listed as one of the amenities of this property.
