Table Rock Vista is a single story home on the top of the mountain overlooking Table Rock Lake. It is hidden from the road and nestled in the wooded setting with a private yard.
The living room of this home is spacious with vaulted ceilings and a rustic stone fireplace. The view through the patio doors on each side of the fireplace is amazing.
Enjoy the vista from the deck that runs the full length of the house. This large deck has patio furniture where you can relax and watch pontoon boats cruise by on the lake. There is a gas grill, propane is provided.
There is an attached carport which provides covered parking for one vehicle and an additional space for another vehicle or RV.
Table Rock Vista is a relaxing haven that is surrounded by natural beauty and unending entertainment and activity. Located in the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas, Holiday Island is a HUB of outdoor fun. This home overlooks the White River at the point where it transitions into Table Rock Lake.
Guest Access:
Grocery, Restaurants, and Convenience Stores are located in the Holiday Island shopping complex, approximately 2 miles from the house.
Located 10 miles north of Eureka Springs. You will enjoy the scenic vistas, refreshing mountain air, and Ozark hospitality.
Marina has slips and boat rentals available.
The Neighborhood:
Paradise Zoo, Dogwood Canyon Nature Park, boat rentals, and trails for walking, mountain biking, and hiking are all very close.
This area of Northwest Arkansas is steeped in history. Over the years, the area has provided shelter to native American Indian tribes, solace to wealthy business tycoons, and pleasure to outdoor adventure seekers. More adventures continue, with new Ziplines, Downhill Mountain Bike Trails, and on-water adventures.
Crystal Bridges Museum and Branson Attractions are within a 1 hour drive. Eureka Springs is less than 15 minutes away.

Please Note: The Holiday Island Recreation Center is Private, and our vacationing guests will not have access to the Community Pool or facility. We recommend using the swimming access at Table Rock Lake which is located across the bridge near the Marina.
Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property. It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster. Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas. Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation or bringing an unauthorized pet will be cause for cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
