Great Townhome
Loved our stay in the Gateway to the Wildside townhome in Estes. We loved the interior and how beautifully it was decorated. The kitchen was big and well laid out. The aspen's were starting to turn to that beautiful yellow color. Weather was perfect all 4 days.

Fall Getaway
My family and I was able to stay at the lodge for a short fall getaway. The central location of the property close to Estes Park and minutes away from the RMNP was perfect! We even saw some elk a few lodges down from where we stayed. The cleanliness of the lodge stood out most to us and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this property tor a Colorado visit!

Rocky Mountain Retreat
My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Wildside Lodge. It was our first time visiting the area. Great location to both the National Park and quaint area of Estes Park for dining and shopping. The lodge was well appointed and had everything we needed. It felt like “home”. We spent our days exploring the National Park-such a great experience! We would stay at the Wildside again.

I cannot say enough about the home! We loved it! It is beautiful, cozy, spacious and very clean! Had most everything we needed for our stay and for cooking family meals. Perfectly located and close to all. The management company ladies were so nice and helpful as well as super responsive to all of my annoying questions 😂 Highly recommend ! Thank you so much, we are so grateful for such a wonderful stay!

Beautiful space. Great location.
Loved the location of the property…close to the RMNP entrance and to downtown. It was just enough room for our family and the space was decorated nicely. My only negative remark is…I think it’s a bit much to ask renters to load and start the dishwasher and gather up and dispose of all garbage when we are already paying a large cleaning fee and our stay was only for 2 nights.

Great stay in a great location
This property has many, many pluses, including proximity to the US 36 Upper Beaver Meadows park entrance, easy in/out to downtown, as well, and walkable distance to Coffee on the Rocks, Burgers and Gyros, the BBQ restaurant, Kissing Moose food truck (great food), Country Market and the liquor store, and the donut/burger places in the gas station, among others. It's great to be able to walk out for coffee or dinner. You also can get food delivery here, which is not necessarily the case with all vacation rentals in Estes. This condo also is spacious and roomy, with plenty of comfortable beds and three bathrooms (2 full, one quarter). The A/C works extremely well if needed during the occasional 80+ days in Estes. The electronics and kitchen are up to date and offer anything you'd need for eating, drinking, and evening entertainment after a day in the park. SkyRun made the check-in and check-out process super easy, there is ample parking in the garage plus in the driveway just outside the garage, and the place was very well cleaned and maintained, something we always especially notice. We've rented through them many times before, and they are always extremely responsive, thoughtful, and professional. Check-out procedures are less of a lift than in many vacation rentals, and the checkout time is pretty standard for rentals in Estes. Ease of entry, stay, and departure in a comfortable, perfectly situated place in one of the most beautiful places in the country.

Winter Fun with our nieces
We had a great time in Estes Park! We brought our teenage nieces to just have fun and play in the snow and we were not disappointed. The condo was a great space where we could all come together in the common area, yet the girls could go downstairs and have their own space. We enjoyed sledding in Hidden Valley at RMNP and tubing in Fraser. The drive over to Winter Park and Fraser was stunning! We enjoyed the quaint downtown Estes Park area and visited most of the shops and several of the restaurants. We had a great lunch at "You Need Pie" and a wonderful dinner on Valentine's night at "Wayfarer". We enjoyed just being in nature and enjoying God's masterpiece! We are already planning our next trip for either Fall or Spring!!!

Long weekend getaway
My family and I very much enjoyed this property. It was a clean, beautifully decorated condo with a wonderfully stocked kitchen that met our needs perfectly. The showers were excellent after a long day of hiking. It was unusually warm in Estes this week which made the condo a little hot during the day. Fortunately, most of our days were spent outdoors anyway. The provided fans were much appreciated during the evening hours. The only other slight drawback was the position of the condo so close to the road which caused a lot of traffic noise. It certainly didn’t prevent me from sleeping! Hopeful to return soon for another visit, thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great location, nice home
We rented Wildside for a Girls Getaway and it worked perfectly for this! Super close to downtown Estes Park, approximately 10 minutes or less, depending on traffic. We were all from mountain areas and have all traveled extensively, often utilizing private home rentals. Given our experience, here are a few minor things to note: 1. this unit backs to the highway. Wasn’t a problem for us, but we didn’t spend any time on the deck, which is pretty close to the road. Traffic pretty much stops after 10 so sleeping wasn’t affected. 2. There is no air conditioning so in the heat of summer you will be warm until the sun goes down. They have provided numerous fans. 3. The bathrooms are really nice. But with slate floors, they didn’t provide a bath mat for the shower or the tub. Also, the tub didn’t have a mat and we had a senior gal with us that I was concerned about possibly slipping. 4. The master bedroom is very “hunter chic” and has a memory foam or temperpedic mattress, which we didn’t know about. Just a heads up in case someone in your family/group can’t use that kind of mattress. 5. Some of the pans could be replaced. And there are no scissors. Minor, I know, but we had to open food containers with knives and we were celebrating birthdays and had to get creative with wrapping gifts. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay and it worked well for us. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Fantastic Location
Wonderful location both close to EP and to two entrances for RMNP. Clean property which was true to description and photos. Take note of minimal provision of shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, garbage bags, etc. although this was inconvenient, we appreciated it being explained upfront. We accidentally locked ourselves out of the home and the mgmt company was kind and very responsive in getting us quickly back into the property. We were very grateful!! Highly recommend this property.

Great Location!! Really clean and cozy...
This condo was in a great location, minutes from the entrance to RMNP. Restaurants on both sides of condo; towards town and towards Mountains. Great coffee place in walking distance with nice walk on river. Saw multiple Elk in neighborhood. Very nice living environment and all the general things you would need for your stay. The plus with this place is the people who own it, live there when they don't rent it out, so the kitchen is well stocked and feels like home. We had an amazing time. Thank you so much, Laura
