Nice Get Away
The property was super clean right down to the nautical decor, not a speck of dust. April thought of everything to make the stay perfect. The location was perfect and very quiet. We did have a couple of things that needed attention and April was there to get everything right again.

Cute and cozy property!
My partner and I really enjoyed our stay! Very easy check in, easy communication with April, who is very kind! The property is comfortable and has extra items that we could use to cook our own meals. The walk down to the water was very nice--we'd definitely stay again :)

We spent a few days here close to friends in a nearby condo. The view was beautiful and the condo was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is excellent for either relaxing by the water or sightseeing in Booth Bay.

This was the most beautiful little condo. Had everything you needed. Gorgeous sunsets. I’m old school, so I called the owner to introduce myself and ask a few questions. Perfect for us.
April did a wonderful job checking us in and leaving all her contact information. We slept so good there. We could open the windows, have the ceil fan on and the mattress was so comfortable. She had everything there for us to cook a meal. And the front patio looking over the water was a real plus. A great location that we could take day trip and return early. We would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable stay in a beautiful spot
April's place was ideal for us... comfortable, reasonably priced and with a spectacular view (amazing sunsets every night!). April has thought of everything you could possibly need and has managed to fit it all in without the place feeling cramped or cluttered. Everything was spotlessly clean. Though we didn't use it, there is onsite laundry which is a bonus if you're staying for a while. Thanks April, we're looking forward to staying at your place again!

It was clean and quiet. I did not like how nothing was modernized. Old coffee pot, too many rules by manager. Had to take our own trash out. Did managers job while she get paid for it. Not happy with no amenities for the money I paid.

We had a fantastic stay! The studio has its own porch, from which you see the water and sunsets. You can walk down to the shore line and enjoy the view from additional lounge chairs. The property is very quiet and safe. It feels a bit like an escape from your regular life. We didn't stay much in the apartment, as we found plenty of things to do and see in the area. I liked very much that it has windows on two opposite walls, and we didn't even need to use the fans. The room has a tv, which we didn't use, and a small but well equipped kitchenette in case you would like to make coffee etc. The host is very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Loved This!!!
We have been traveling to the coast of Maine for 20 yrs. We stay in different areas to explore & have new adventures. We truly loved East Boothbay! Serene location close to the fun little town of Boothbay Harbor. Best General Store ever!! We were so comfortable in April's condo. She has thot of everything!! Cudos to her style & organization!! Stocked kitchen, nice bed, high quality sheets, ceiling fan, flat screen tv & decent wifi!! Magnificent shore frontage with a nice dock, picnic table, benches & comfy chairs everywhere. And finally gorgeous SUNSETS!! We will definitely be back!!
