Goede uitleg over wat de reglementen waren en hoe de eigenaren te bereiken waren, mocht er iets niet duidelijk zijn of missen in het appartement. De kussens waren wat aan de harde kant maar heb er niet minder om geslapen. De spelletjes kasten waren een uitkomst en daar werd ook goed gebruik van gemaakt. The manager called the day we were meant to check in to ask us to check in late which we did because they were on holiday or there was a staff shortage or someone was sick - I couldn't keep up with what the problem was.
