「2022/6/1-729まで利用しました。 (Park Central 86E) 広いバルコニーがありバルコニーに面する公園(ハウステンボスの西側に広がる森)から野鳥が遊びに来ます。 文京地区にあり、安心して暮らせました。オランダのアパートとしては珍しくエアコン付きです。 洗濯機は、自室専用ですが、部屋の外にあります。掃除機は共用のものがあり、自分で掃除ができました。 冷蔵庫はありますが、冷凍庫はありません。」

「Nos ha decepcionado el apartamento bastante. Se supone que es un apartamento de lujo y falta bastantes utensilios de cocina, casi sin cucharas, las sartenes viejas y sucias, sin tostador de pan ni un paño de cocina. Además el calentador de agua no funciona correctamente y nos hemos tenido que duchar con agua fría en varias ocasiones. El apartamento en general sucio y las camas incomodas. Vamos que nosotros no repetimos. De lujo no tiene nada.」
