"Fantastic Hotel in KK! Staff were friendly, engaging and helpful. The front desk staff helped us organize a couple of great tours and transportation. The breakfast is a must, sooo good! The pool area is gorgeous and bar staff is attentive and funny. Location is convenient for waterfront, markets, jesselton ferry terminal. Rooms were amazing, quiet, comfortable. "Property was new, nice, and big (it was basically a full fledged one room apartment we had). Two TVs, kitchenette and washing machine. Location was well placed within 10min walk to gaya street. Only drawback was that Citadines co-shares the plot and common facilities w an apartment building called Northshore (different wing) which brings along w that, tons of short-stay crowd (amongst them children) and noise in the common areas, esp the pool.
