"Front desk extremely helpful and efficient. Only complaint is we had settled into our room and as temps outside dropped we noticed our room heater did not work. Gracious front desk person came to room but could not fix it. She gave us option of additional blankets or switching room. We switched rooms but that was frustrating. Once we got settled into room two we had a great stay. Front desk was nothing but helpful and kind."

"We were there the week of January 19 which seemed to be the coldest week but nothing to do with the hotel. Everything at the hotel was great. Because they had only operating elevator and the pool heater was not working we were provided with a free upgrade which was fully appreciated. The property recently bounced back after hurricane damage and they are still in recovery but fully operational. The woman who greeted us at the front desk was very nice. The restaurants were open and very busy. We would go back but hold off until March or April."
