"The staff (bellhops) were AMAZING. Super funny & took very good care of us. Shout out to Maureen in the spa & Jess at waterside table. They are wonderful & definitely go above & beyond. The ONLY thing that would need improvement is the diversity… it was very disappointing to have some patrons & even security look at & even speak to three 3 young ladies in the manner they did. I can’t be the first to bring this up & I won’t be the last. "

"This was an emergency trip that was booked at the last minute on New Year’s Eve for a stay starting the next day. We did have some communication issues to begin with, but the owner was out of town and this was a very short turnaround. Once we got connected, things went smoothly. We did have a couple maintenance issues during our stay that were addressed quickly. The location was perfect as it put us very close to an ill family member."

"I just spent my BD in the island with my family! We couldn’t pick a better property, although we have been here other times, having a pool it’s a plus, we love it! The property is exactly as described, super clean. Very well equipped, just bring your groceries. Perfect for a group of six, plenty space and a large pool deck. Owner is making some very nice upgrades. Don Pedro is a friendly, warm, peaceful and beautiful island in the Florida West Coast, thanks for your sunny days and espectacular...

"The moment I checked in, I was offered a mai tai! (It was amazing, might I add). Owners are very kind! The room was newly renovated and you could tell they didn’t cut corners, it was done right! Comfortable, pretty and exceptionally clean! I’ve been coming to Venice off and on since I was a small child to hunt for shark teeth and I made a solo trip this year for my birthday- it really was everything I needed and it was just down the road from Sharky’s! I’m surprised this place isn’t always...
