"The staff (bellhops) were AMAZING. Super funny & took very good care of us. Shout out to Maureen in the spa & Jess at waterside table. They are wonderful & definitely go above & beyond. The ONLY thing that would need improvement is the diversity… it was very disappointing to have some patrons & even security look at & even speak to three 3 young ladies in the manner they did. I can’t be the first to bring this up & I won’t be the last. "

"We stayed in an efficiency, clean but a little out dated. The pictures were accurate but some of the description was a little misleading. A few suggestions: change the table chairs (seat cushions were stained, gross), add a luggage rack, install fillable shampoo/soap bottles that attach to shower wall, and add a few dinner bowls to the room (bought cereal but couldn’t have it). "The moment I checked in, I was offered a mai tai! (It was amazing, might I add). Owners are very kind! The room was newly renovated and you could tell they didn’t cut corners, it was done right! Comfortable, pretty and exceptionally clean! I’ve been coming to Venice off and on since I was a small child to hunt for shark teeth and I made a solo trip this year for my birthday- it really was everything I needed and it was just down the road from Sharky’s! "It was really close to the beach and a lot of the activities that we were doing it was less than 30 minutes away the only thing was it needs to be upgraded a little maintenance .And it needs new bedding it says non-smoking but are blankets was full of cigarette holes it was I will stay again. really good price"
