Most of the amenities advertised with the room where not in room including towels fridge utensil microwave dining area etc Management ignored all forms of communcation to rectify via myself and Expedia . "Not sure a four star hotel status is appropriate for this facility. Second position access to the beach was not what we expected but not that bad. However, if you are looking for a good night sleep, it is not the place to be because of continuous activities in the bar and club till 4 am with very loud sound amplifiers. Address was not accurate. Local taxi driver was helpful though. "
