"This is a very nice apartment close to downtown Lexington. I have friends in Charlottesville and Lexington has been a good place to meet since my family lives in Blacksburg. I will gladly stay again for 1-2 nights. I have a dog and the road was nice to walk on (not very busy). All of the following things were clear in the description and photos but I missed a low comfortable table to eat at or sit at to work on the computer and I missed a TV - I know that makes me old :) The walls are slanted. I am 5’ 5” tall and hit my head several times. When I stay longer in VRBOs, I like to be able to cook. Because this is a studio apartment, there is no stove or oven. I intend for these comments to be a clarification not a criticism. I am appreciative of reviews that help me decide if a particular rental is a good fit for me. This is important for both the renter and the owner. Alice was quick to communicate which I appreciate. This is a working horse farm. There are plenty of opportunities to pet horses’ noses. "
