"We have stayed at this property many times over the past 10 years. The property is showing more wear we've noticed. The bathroom that we stayed this time had several broken and loose tiles in the floor (Room 324). Also the window AC unit didn't seem to work correctly. When set to cool it continued to cool the room well below the temperature we set it for. I've not had that problem before when staying in this property.
