"Room was ok, but as a family of 4 booking, there was only 1 chair to share & 2cups for hot drinks. The Room Attendants left our door open/unlocked two days in a row, which was very concerning considering our belongings were inside while we were out & about! We enjoyed our stay other than these few things "

"Needs better cleaning, hair and noodles in the kitchen sink, it smelt in the bathroom as they’re was no fan. The pool, spa and sauna was nice, but even that needed a good clean and had a bad smell. Traffic noise. A hair on one of the glass cups in the bathroom. Reception lady told us our room was ready, when we got there a worker was still cleaning the windows. The bed was comfy even the pillows, the breakfast was great and the area was clean. The staff in the breakfast area were nice. The $10...

"Staff went above and beyond. Restaurants were absolutely perfect. The room was clean and well kept. The resort is definitely a favourite with families so if you're looking for a couples getaway this MIGHT not be for you. I went with my partner and we still had a blast, but having parents in the spa with their kids splashing around wasn't exactly relaxing. Will definitely be coming back with my kids though!"
