「Cet hôtel n'existe pas!! Malgré plusieurs réclamations, hotels.com ne veut pas me rembourser!! J'ai donc payé Hotels.com pour un hotel qui n'existe pas ET j'ai dû REPAYER pour pouvoir quand même dormir dans une chambre d'un autre hôtel. Bref, FUYEZ cet hôtel fantôme !!」

「Customer service was excellent. All members of staff really looked after us (family) and made us feel right at home. 」

「Anyone who stays at Hemmigways, Karen, Nairobi will not be disappointed. The property is often used as a pre or post safari hotel. But I used it as my destination resort in its own right & I was thrilled with everything, especially the kind & thoughtful attention from all the staff. Highly recommended.」
