「サービスと食事がよいので、いつも利用しています。設備はくたびれていますが清潔ですし、コロニアルなのでこんなものだと思っています。タオルを新しくするだけでずいぶん違うと思うので、検討して欲しいです。周辺の交通渋滞はホテルのせいではありませんが、余分の時間が必要です。」

「Lovely setting - nice touch having flowers on the bed and turn down service. The units all look inwards to the pool which was used regularly by us. At night the pool has lights and makes for a romantic swim. There was no jug to make tea or coffee or facilities to cook yet there was a fry pan, pots and dishes. Even microwave would have been useful. The restaurant wan't operational - we would have used it. Breakfast was delivered to the room daily and was good.」

「We stayed 5 nights and loved it. It is close to malls, Sheldrick elephant orphanage and the Giraffe Center. Would stay here again on next visit to Nairobi. 」

「The location is right in the center of a shopping area. You can easily find the food courts. The access to the hotel is a little hard for a stranger as you need to find a narrow path in the Diamond Plaza. The amenities and breakfast are good considering its price. Overall, this is good for a short stay」
